HELLO. today we had our clarinet section outing :DD
We went ice skating(((: we started with sectionals in e morning and then ice skating afterwards(: we had lots of fun. too bad the only people around were gary, elaine, shangeetha, jane, ian, singru, zul, chengtat and chengtat's brother. the other sec1s couldn't or didn't want to come. well. the rest were holiday-ing. It'd be so much more fun if everybody was there.
hahaha. i fell once while ice skating. i think everybody fell, maybe except jane. lol. i'm not sure about the seniors haha. (: singru had difficulties ice skating! well, but he didn't give up(:
ian's so lame. the moment he shouts 'eh you cheater, how can you be faster than me', he falls. he fell many times, but not as many as singru did.
jane's a pro too (((:
chengtat's brother was very helpful too, helping us, cos we were noobish at ice skating. ((:
aiya. it was a really fun day (: i'd look forward to more in future!:D
today, while we were taking bus 12 home. There was this old indian man, who got onto the bus and started shouting at this woman who was sitting on the green colour seat (which is supposed to be given to the elderly to sit).
He was saying something like 'you're not supposed to sit here! etc etc, this seat is for the elderly!'
i didn't really catch the beginning but he was really mean and tried chasing e woman away. btw, she's like.. in her 40s? 50s? AND, that stupid old indian man already got his GREEN seat! There's more than enough space OK!
old indian man then goes : 'You don't respect me! i am elderly! you are not supposed to sit here!' *in a very bossy and mean tone*
the woman then claims that she's also counted an elderly.
old indian man : 'Do you know who am i?! I am older than you! I was alive when the british was here!' (he said something like that la. canot rmb, but i know got british word de)
woman : 'So what if i'm younger? I'm still an elder, and i have the rights to sit here. Not everyone younger than you is not an elder. You are not being a gentleman.'
old indian man : 'I dont care. you don't have respect for me, an elder. i am your elder! i am older than you'
old indian man doesn't want to kind and let the lady sit there so he continues to argue with the poor woman who was carrying groceries.
After that, it was rather peaceful.
wth. you bloody old indian man. ugly old man! the lady has equal rights as you ok.
anyway, everybody was so shocked and started staring at them quarrel. They also bu shuang with the old man la. After that, a very very very very cute old couple came onto the bus. The woman gave up her seat for the cute old man who had difficulties walking(UNLIKE the dumb ugly old man who can't even afford to stand because he thinks he's disabled), this cute old man looks.. even older than e old meanie man.
So, the old indian man paiseh liao lor. (: the cute old couple so sweeeeeeeeeeeet :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
Anyway, when old people are being disrespectful, WE have every right to not respect them. Some old people are just not worth being nice to. I hope i meet that stupid old man again on the bus. I hope i see him embarrass himself again by making such a big fuss over a green seat when there are others in e bus (: what an interesting bus trip i had today(:
